A proud Marine veteran with a passion for helping others, Manny brings more than 12 years of hands-on HVAC experience and over 29 years of proven customer satisfaction as a business entrepreneur. His background blends technical expertise, service-driven professionalism, and strong leadership — all of which shape the foundation of Chilled Haven. Before entering the HVAC industry, Manny successfully operated a customer-centered business for many years, an experience that strengthened his commitment to integrity, discipline, communication, and doing right by every client.
Maria Estrada
President & Co-Owner | Business Development & Operations
A born problem-solver with a passion for helping businesses grow, Maria brings a powerful blend of strategic thinking, operational leadership, and genuine heart to Chilled Haven. With experience spanning business consulting, insurance, contractor operations, HR, branding, and legal document management, she is the organizational backbone of the company.
Maria began her early career as a Business Operations Manager for a California contractor, where she successfully won multiple workers’ compensation cases — sharpening her skills in compliance, negotiation, and advocacy.
Alexis Bustamante
Vice President of Operations & Administration
Alexis is an Arizona native who grew up surrounded by entrepreneurship. From her grandparents’ restaurant to her parents’ business, she spent her upbringing learning the value of hard work, customer service, and community. That legacy fueled her own path: she graduated from Arizona State University with a B.A. in Business Administration, becoming the first in her family to earn a college degree.
Her 15 years of competitive cheer taught her discipline, resilience, and the ability to thrive in fast-paced environments—qualities she brings to her role managing our day-to-day operations and scheduling. Alexis is known for her steady work ethic, warm personality, and love for dogs, but she also finds her balance outdoors. Whether she’s camping, exploring Arizona’s rugged beauty, or spending time in nature, the outdoors keeps her grounded and energized.
She plays an essential role in our team, blending organization, heart, and a natural connection to people that enriches everything we do.
